On a warm, sunny day, we achieved a fantastic third place in the Bari Smart City Challenge by CTE Bari<\/span> - Open Innovation Hub & SPRINTX<\/span>.\n\nWe presented a concrete, immediately implementable project for monitoring Bari's roads, neighborhood after neighborhood.

Objective data, continuous surveys, and clear intervention priorities to improve safety and maintenance.\n
We are delighted with this result and proud to have competed with top-quality startups.\n\n

\nWhat is Asfalto Sicuro\u00ae?
\nA plug-and-play smart system that captures images and data from vehicles, anonymises them on-board, and uploads them to the cloud, where AI detects potholes, cracks and other road defects.

\n - Flexible service: LOKI can provide the data-capture as a service or install the hardware on the customer\u2019s fleet.
\n - Works up to 130 km\/h: monitors roads without slowing traffic.
\n - Privacy by design: irreversible edge blurring on-board \u2192 full GDPR compliance.
\n - \u00b120 cm accuracy: precise enough to tell which lane you\u2019re in.
\n- Validated data: time and location, legally defensible for insurance purposes.
