Who is responsible

The data controller is LOKI s.r.l., Via Bertola 12, 10020 San Sebastiano da Po (TO), Italy, VAT IT12976210018. For any question about your data, write to info@lokisrl.eu.

What this website collects

You do not need to give us any personal data to read these pages. The site loads its fonts, images and scripts from this domain; the only outside service is Google Analytics, and it runs only if you accept it.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and troubleshooting, as any web server does. We do not use them to build profiles.

Your browser remembers, in its own local storage, the language you first saw the site in and your choice on statistics. These two settings stay on your device and are never sent to us.

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

If you click “Accept” in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to count visits and see which pages are read, from which countries and on which devices. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years; Google keeps the event data for at most 14 months. We look at the reports in aggregate only, to improve the site: we do not combine them with other data and do not use them for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you click “Reject”, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognised as adequate in July 2023. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you contact us

When you send us an email or submit the contact form, we receive the details you choose to give: name, organisation, email address and your message. We use them solely to answer you and, if it leads somewhere, to manage the resulting business relationship.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for the period required by Italian accounting and tax rules where an agreement follows.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers, acting as processors under written agreement, and Google for the statistics if you accept them. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Transfers outside the EEA take place only under the Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Links out

Pages link to LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram. Those platforms only receive data if you click the link and are subject to their own privacy policies, not this one.

Your rights

You may ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@lokisrl.eu and we will answer within one month.

If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
